Why should I get Roadside Assistance?

Well, Lets say for instance..when you first get your new car, everything is well in the world..there is new found world peace, no more world hunger..life's good right? Sure it is...then that shiny new car's engine starts to go snap, crackle...& pop under the hood. The next thing you know, your stranded, in the middle of no where up to 100 miles from your destination with only $60 dollars to your name and no roadside assistance.

So, what's the normal thing to do? Call a tow truck...right? But what..an average tow truck towing can cost anywhere from $80-$200+ depending on your desired destination. You only have $60 to your name, so what now? Call a family member, a friend perhaps?

What if I get AAA?

AAA is an okay choice..but a downfall to AAA is it only offers up to 4 tows/issues a year. You also have to start off on AAA's basic membership, that only allows you to receive up to 7 miles for 1 whole year before you can QUALIFY for 100miles on AAA's premium membership (which still only offers up to 4 tows/issues a year). What happens if your car broke down 8 miles away from home and that was your 5th tow?

"Call the toll-free number for MCA authorized sign and go service. We will pay the reasonable service charge for garage or service provider whenever you are prevented from driving your covered private passenger vehicle. If we cannot get this covered vehicle on its way within 30 minutes, we will have it towed, up to 100 miles, to the destination of your choice. Also, we will pay up to $100 to provide Emergency Road Service on RVs, Motorcycles, Trailers, and vehicle's with a load capacity of 1 ton or greater. (Dispatch only on 18-wheelers.)"
